We’re pleased to bring you another brand new article in our series focusing on the companies making up our brilliant BetaDen Accelerate Cohort 9.0. Next up is John Heseltine and his business Ocius Consulting, who are developing Journey, an all-encompassing people-change management application.

 

Operating under the tag line ‘Putting People at the Heart of Change’, Journey seeks to remove many of the potential pitfalls of paper-based changes in businesses, such as labour intensity, high costs and the possibility of human error.

 

Utilising a subscription based app solution that relies on data stored in the cloud rather than on paper, Journey pays for itself on first use and makes effective change management far more achievable for SME’s who otherwise would have been previously priced out of commonplace industry solutions.

Having taken part in the first Intake of the BetaDen Incubate programme, John Heseltine now seeks to further build on the support and guidance he received on Incubate by joining BetaDen’s award-winning Accelerate programme, with Ocius Consulting’s game-changing approach to people change management already being recognised through nominations for both the North Worcestershire Business Awards and Innovation Awards.

 

Through BetaDen Accelerate, John aims to transform Journey into an AI powered platform, alongside a particular focus on marketing and promotion.
