BetaDen Accelerate Cohort 5.0 alumni ChangeMaker3D have been named as 'Highly Commended' in the Construction Innovator of the Year category at the 2025 Innovation Awards.

We're pleased to bring you some more awards news, this time from BetaDen Accelerate Cohort 5.0 alumni ChangeMaker3D, who have been named as 'Highly Commended' in the category of Construction Innovator of the Year at the 2025 Innovation Awards.

ChangeMaker3D, whose 3D 'printfrastructure' technology has produced the UK's first 3D-printed toilet pod and 3D-printed water chamber were shortlisted at the awards in Birmingham amongst multiple other alumni such as Ocius Consulting and Garland Surgical. ChangeMaker3D were then recognised on the night for their pioneering work in 3D-printing powered construction technology.

On receiving the award, ChangeMaker3D CEO & Founder Natalie Wardley stated 'We’ve gone from ideas at our kitchen table to being named Highly Commended in the Construction Innovator of the Year 2025 awards, and that still feels surreal. As a female-led, bootstrapped UK team with no external investment, we’ve proved that you don’t need big backing when you’ve got grit and a bold vision.'

This recognition is just the latest in what has been a fantastic year for ChangeMaker3D having already won a 2025 Digital Construction Award in the 'Best Application of Technology' category for their water industry printfrastructure.

We would like to offer a massive congratulations to Natalie & the wider team on another fantastic success and we can't wait to see what the future holds for ChangeMaker3D.
